Bea Binene joins Pride Month celebration

Kapuso actress Bea Binene joins the long list of celebrities celebrating Pride Month this year.

In a post on Instagram, Bea shared her picture with a colorful background, showing her support to the movement.

“You are beautiful. you are loved. Happy pride month!” she wrote in the caption.

Vlogger Mikey Bustos also celebrated the event with a tweet.

He wrote, “Happy Pride Month, my brothers/sisters/fellow humans! Year 2 of being out and we feel light as air!”

June is considered by many to be the Pride Month to honor the 1969 Stonewall Riots in Greenwich Village in Manhattan, New York.

The riots are considered to be the most important event of the modern fight for LGBT rights in the United States.
