Denise Barbacena finally graduates from college after 10 years

Kapuso singer-actress Denise Barbacena proudly shared her latest achievement on Instagram. After 10 years and a pandemic, Denise has finally graduated from college!

According to Denise, "It took ten long years and a pandemic. I'd like to thank my family, dear friends, and loved ones who supported me and cheered for me every time things were a bit heavy to handle.

"To my beloved professors and to my Artist Center family, thank you. You all made this journey possible. I am beyond blessed to be able to work and go to school at the same time.

"I don't know what the future holds, but will continue to walk in faith."

Over on her YouTube channel, Denise vlogged her parent's reaction when they found out about her graduation and saw her graduation photo.

She also explained in her vlog the reason why it took so long for her to finish her degree all while balancing her showbiz career.

Denise graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Medical Technology from Our Lady of Fatima University, Antipolo.
