“'Yung pakiramdam na wala kang internet kasi maling bill pala natatanggap mo,” tells Tom Rodriguez. Yikes!

With many of us stuck at home during the pandemic, internet connectivity has become essential to stay connected with your loved ones anywhere in the world.

While it's very normal to be irate with slow internet service, it's a different thing to be completely cut-off from the service when you're paying your dues on time.

Case in point: Tom Rodriguez and the curious case of the wrong billing statement.

On September 22, the Kapuso actor posted his dilemma on Instagram Story and said that he's been receiving (and paying) the wrong account number.

“'Yung pakiramdam na wala kang internet ngayon kasi maling bill pala natatanggap mo sa text at internet ng iba binabayaran mo,” he wrote followed by three laughing emojis.

To get to the bottom of the problem, he queued among the many customers waiting to be attended.

While it's unclear how the mix up happened, we hope Tom's internet problem gets resolved soon.
