We've had a tough year but thankfully, there are still many things to celebrate this coming Christmas.
We might have to downscale our parties, especially the number of our guests, but we can still set the festive mood with some great music.
No Christmas playlist is complete without Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas is You," but other than that, here are a few more pop songs to add to your Christmas playlist.

It is a remix of Mariah's up-tempo R&B "Oh Santa!" from 2010 as part of Mariah Carey's Magical Christmas Special for Apple TV+.
2. "Naughty List" by Liam Payne and Dixie D'Amelio
"Naughty List" by Liam Payne and Dixie D'Amelio is definitely for your friends who might possibly be getting coal from Santa this year.
The collaboration between the former One Direction singer and the TikTok star was released in October and has playful lyrics about kissing under the mistletoe.
3. "Christmas C'mon" by Lindsey Stirling featuring Becky G
This song is for that particular friend with an eclectic music taste.
"Christmas C'mon" is a collaboration between violinist Lindsey Stirling and singer-songwriter Becky G.
The song features Becky G's vocals against Lindsey's electric violin.
4. "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays" by *NSYNC
We all have that one friend who seems to be stuck in the '90s and "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays" by *NSYNC will be perfect for him or her.
This song was an earworm every Christmas during *NSYNC's heyday.
It was remade by David Archuleta in 2019 but for us, nothing beats the original.
5. "Last Christmas" by Wham!
Of course, we can't leave out our lovely titos who always seem so keen on singing this song in karaoke sessions during family reunions.
"Last Christmas" by Wham! turned out to be a massive hit for the English pop duo and remains one of the most popular Christmas pop songs to this day.
