Michelle revealed that the night before she uploaded her post, she worked on her journal to set new intentions. The female transformation coach admitted that she will be letting go of the things that are contradictory to her beliefs.
“Last night, I journaled, set new intentions and let go of the things that no longer align with my beliefs.”
She added that she pledged to not be affected by other people's judgments.
“One of the things I wrote was “I will no longer allow people's judgement to run my life”... isn't it crazy that we put ourselves in a box?”
Michelle wrote an advice that now is the right time to let go of the things that make a person unhappy or not achieve their dreams.
She said, “It's time to let go of things that no longer serve you, sis! It's time to set new intentions, manifest your dreams and get uncomfortable. Maybe it's your job that doesn't set your soul on fire, maybe it's the friendships you have, or maybe it's the fear you have limiting you to evolve. Let. Go. Of. That. Sh*t.”
Michelle also asked her followers of the things that they are planning to let go.
Just a few days ago, she told her personal story of breast implants removal. According to Michelle, she decided to remove the implants that she calls “toxic bags” a year ago as they no longer suit her lifestyle.
“I'm just in a different phase in my life now. I've accepted myself for who I am.
"It's not just sustainable for our lifestyle anymore. I don't want to be going through multiple surgeries every 15 to 20 years.
"Think about it and think long-term because that's something I didn't do for myself. I just got so caught up with looking good, boosting my confidence."
