Holidays this year is extra special for Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli because they will be spending their first Christmas together as husband and wife.
On Sunday, December 20, singer Sarah Geronimo and husband Matteo Guidicelli opened the doors to what seems to be their new home for fans to see.
In a video on membership grocery store Landers' YouTube channel, the couple said that this year would be special since it will be the first time they'll celebrate the holidays as husband and wife.
“This year is very, very special to Sarah and I because this is the first time we're spending Christmas together -- obviously as husband and wife, and as two people together forever,” Matteo said.
“I can't wait to spend more Christmases with you, forever, and travel the world. I want to spend more Christmases with you, not just here but all over the world.”
The entire video gave fans a glimpse of the new home that the celebrity couple recently moved into, particularly the sala or living room. The couple is seen decorating a Christmas tree at one corner of the room. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows that look out the yard, which is also decked out for the holidays.
Earlier, on December 17, Sarah also gave an update about her married life to celebrity doctor Vicki Belo.
In the latter's latest vlog, the singer-actress gave more details about her new life and revealed that she and Matteo started moving in just this October 2020.
She said, “Nag-move kami mga October lang. Mas mentally healthy for both of us kasi may outdoor garden.”
Sarah further said that they are renting a four-bedroom house.
Vicki, who is close to the couple, confessed her observation about the two: they are super thrifty when it comes to their finances.
Vicki explained, “When I was with you two, aliw na aliw ako kasi parang, you guys are a young married couple. When I spoke with Matteo, he would say na dream n'yo magkabahay pero kailangan n'yong mag-save. But that's good kasi it brings you closer lalo na if you have a dream and you work towards it.”

Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli have been together for more than six years before tying the knot in a secret wedding in February 2020 at Victory Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City.
Their wedding was stirred with controversy as Sarah's mom, Divine, reportedly crashed her daughter's wedding.
Despite this, Matteo said it was the “best day of his life.”
