'Prima Donnas' actress Chanda Romero has a simple wish on her birthday

Veteran actress and Prima Donnas star Chanda Romero is celebrating her 67th birthday today and she has a simple wish: subscribe to her nephew's YouTube channel.

In a letter she posted on Instagram, Tita Chanda revealed that his nephew has an FSGC (focal segmental glomerulosclerosis), a rare kidney disease.

"Today is my birthday," the letter read.

"To those who want to send me love and prayers, please pass on some love to my nephew, Emmanuel Jero Noble, 39, with FSGC, a rare kidney disease and has been on dialysis three times a week for 12 years now."

To help ease the family's financial burden, the veteran actress asked her fans to subscribe to Jero's YouTube channel and watch his videos.

"Simply subscribe to his Jero TV Channel on YouTube and view his videos.

"If you find it difficult to watch, you can just let the video run for at least 5 minutes for the 'view' to be counted.

"This will help him earn and eventually ease the family's financial situation.

"Thank you for the love. God bless you."

In the caption, Tita Chanda wrote, "I hope you grant me my birthday wish. Thank you, all.

"Most of all, thank you for giving me life."
