Eat Bulaga mainstay Pia Guanio took to Instagram to reflect on the things that happened after the whole world was plunged into this pandemic brought about by COVID-19.
Figures from the Johns Hopkins University Center for Systems Science and Engineering showed that the whole world recorded over 120.6 million cases of the highly-contagious disease, while 2.6 million individuals have died.
In the Philippines, we are facing another surge of COVID-19 cases after the country recorded an additional 5,404 cases yesterday, March 16.
Dabarkad Pia posted a short Instagram video of her family and looked back at how this pandemic changed our lives.
“Looking Back At Our Pandemic Year
“It's been a year since the WHO officially declared the world in a pandemic. We lost a lot -- livelihood, loved ones and things we used to do.
“But we also gained a lot -- weight, relationships and time together. Here are the things we did to stay safe -- and sane the past year. Whatever the circumstance, GOD is in control.”
Pia got married to businessman Steve Mago in a private ceremony held in Ayala Alabang in 2011.
The couple is blessed with two beautiful daughters named Scarlet Jenine and Soleil Brooklyn.
