Chynna Ortaleza's son, Salem, gets into a little accident at home

With children staying at home because of the lockdown, many families are starting to worry about their children having a serious accident at home.

This includes actress Chynna Ortaleza who had a mini-heart attack after seeing her youngest child, Salem Cipriano, with a huge bump on his forehead after running straight into their door jamb.

“Little accidents happen at home with a baby that has too much energy,” she recalled.

“He miscalculated and ran straight into the door jamb. Buti na lang rounded!

“But wow, I almost cried because I've been praying that we do not need to bring anyone to the ER.”

Thankfully, with a little help of essential oils and a cold compress, Salem's bump subsided over time.

The Idol Sa Kusina star said, “Thank God I learned how to use my essential oils. After I put a cold compress, I applied a bum blend, and in 30 minutes, he was so much better.”

In the comment section, a few celebrity parents wished Salem to get well soon and hopefully, he'll take care next time.

Actress-comedienne Chariz Solomon wrote, “Buti ok ka, Nukie [Salem]! Hayyy naku booooyss! Hugs maaars!”

Sheena Halili added, “Salem! Ingat ka!”

Meanwhile, Rey Soldevilla, the husband of actress Yasmien Kurdi, recalled, “Nangyari dati 'yan kay Ayesha the night before her 2nd birthday.

“[Fifteen] minutes cold compress and 15 minutes warm compress. Do it alternately. By tomorrow, hupa na. Get well baby!”

Salem Cipriano, is the youngest child of Chynna Ortaleza and musician-rocker Kean Cipriano.

He was born in September 2019, nearly three years after giving birth to their daughter named Stellar.
