'HSM' star Ashley Tisdale on motherhood: 'I've never felt more exhausted but it's so worth it.'

Days after giving birth to her daughter, High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale admitted she's never felt “more exhausted” as she posted a glowing selfie on Instagram.

The 35-year-old actress may be lamenting on how many hours she lost that day, but she looked equally gorgeous on the social media site as she shares her experience with her 13 million followers.

She said, “I don't think I've ever felt more exhausted. But it is SO worth it.

“I can't believe what my body was capable of until now. It's amazing and I'm so grateful it brought this beautiful gift into our life. So now, I will be gentle with myself and heal, and I have a pretty amazing partner taking care of both the baby and me.”

The High School Musical star gave birth to her daughter, Jupiter Iris French, with her husband Christopher on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.

She made the announcement on social media by posting a photo of her child's little hand and head.

“Jupiter Iris French arrived Earth side 3.23.21,” she said in the caption.

Ashley Tisdale tied the knot with musician Christopher French in a secret ceremony on September 8, 2014.

More than six years later, Ashley and Chris announced that they were expecting their first child in September 2020 with the actress flaunting her baby bump on Instagram.

She wrote back then, “This year has obviously been hard. For so many. Ups and downs, and an emotional roller coaster. But I think this day was by far my favorite day ever. I cried! I was so happy.”

Besides Ashley, another Hollywood actress welcomed a baby girl to the world and she's none other than La La Land actress Emma Stone.
