'Voltes V: Legacy' star Raphael Landicho finishes 2nd grade with high honors

Kapuso child actor Raphael Landicho is proud to have completed his second grade with flying colors.

The Voltes V: Legacy star finished the school year 2020-2021 with high honors at the Manila Cathedral School (MCS).

Raphael was given the Academic Excellence Award in the institution's 71st Recognition Day because he has "attained a general average of 95 percent to 97 percent with no grade lower than 85 percent in any subject including conduct."

In a Facebook post, he expressed his thanks to his parents and his teachers in MCS for their guidance and support.

Raphael wrote, "First of all, thank you Lord Thank you, Mama and Papa, for always supporting and guiding me. I will always do my best and make my family proud ️ and I am also thankful to all of my teachers in MCS.️ #proudMCSians #proudofmyself "

Now that the school break just began, Raphael enjoys his free time by swimming and dancing while at the confinement of their home.

Raphael will also start taping soon for Voltes V: Legacy, the live-action adaptation of the popular Japanese '70s anime, where he will play Lil Jon Armstrong.
