Vlogger Carlo Ople vows to punish those behind the copyright infringement of his apparel brand

By Aedrianne Acar

Vlogger and digital entrepreneur Carlo Ople couldn't hide his disgust in his latest vlog after he bought a cheap imitation of his very own apparel brand in a popular shopping app.

In his YouTube vlog last June 19 titled 'Bought the Fakes of Our Merch and It Arrived Today,' an exasperated Carlo lashed out on the people behind the fake shirt who copied from his apparel brand Project 7 to 1.

Carlo vowed to file cases against those responsible for the copyright infringement of his products.

He stated, “I shared with you how somebody is pirating, literally copying the designs we made exactly as it is, posting the images that we used to sell the Project 7 to 1 shirt collaboration with SNK ATK.

“In Tagalog, 'yung binibenta naming t-shirt literally kinopy-paste nila, pati pictures namin ginamit nila tapos binibenta nila sa shop.”

He added, “So, what I did was I ordered from them because I want to get their address, which I now have, so we can send them a demand letter, because I want to sue them, kasi we have copyrights for everything.

“Kasi pinapa-copyright namin lahat ng ginagawa namin.”

“You'll get this dedicated video from me, telling you good luck, I have your address. I'll be sending this to my lawyer.”
