Team Kramer's freshly renovated home condo is a definite house goal!
Doug Kramer and his wife Cheska Garcia-Kramer gave a glimpse of their family's newly transformed home condo on Instagram yesterday (August 5).
The former Filipino basketball player shared a series of photos showing some parts of their spacious and beautiful home condo.
He wrote, “Transformation Thursday!
“Our home condo! And yes, it looks very similar to our home. 1 year ago, it was turned over to us, since then we've completely transformed it.
“When investment, hard work and sacrifice pays off.”
The renowned Philippine athlete also shared a relevant piece of financial advice.
“A lot always ask us for financial advice. And for the most part, our common answer is sacrifice.
“For @cheskakramer and I, when we were newly married, we knew our journey financially as a couple just started, so we planned to always put needs first over wants.
“For us, we took advantage of cash flows coming in. We should invest more than spend. And one of those investments is this place.
“This is but a seed we planted and slowly paid off since 7 years ago.
“We would always divert our funds to our forced investments instead of everything left in liquidity.
“It was a way for assets to appreciate in value while you wait for the right time to let it go.
“Obviously, this would all be meaningless and impossible without God's grace and God's perfect timing in everything.
“We're excited to reveal this whole place to our children soon! Will vlog the whole reveal "
Doug's beautiful wife, Cheska, expressed her love for her spouse and wrote, “I like our partnership! ”
As of this writing, Team Kramer's newly transformed house condo post has over 30,000 likes on the photo-sharing platform.
Apart from this amazing milestone, the celebrity couple's second-born child, Scarlett, won as the third runner-up in the kid's female division of the Asian Online Open Taekwondo competition on July 20.
