Maggie Wilson, Furne Amato, and Josh Yugen join Miss Universe UAE council

Pageant fans will be seeing a new pageant come to life as Maggie Wilson, Furne Amato, and Josh Yugen join the Miss Universe UAE council and help the organization stage its very first pageant in the United Arab Emirates.

In an Instagram post, the organization described the council as “graced with the power of wisdom, cocooned with the armour of compassion and blossoming with the love for the extraordinary.”

According to the Instagram post, Josh will be Miss Universe UAE's president and national director. Furne, on the other hand, will be the head of creatives, fashion, and design. Maggie will be the council's creative consultant.

The pageant is reported to be held at the La Perle in Al Habtoor City on November 7. The Miss Universe UAE organization is already calling on interested applicants to apply. Applicants have to be between 18 to 28 years old, a UAE citizen or resident for at least three years, and have valid Emirates ID.
