Miguel Tanfelix goes sentimental while on quarantine

By Jansen Ramos

Miguel Tanfelix can't help but feel sentimental while in hotel quarantine for the upcoming live-action adaptation series Voltes V: Legacy.

As he slowed down from the many things that kept him busy, Miguel took a quiet time to contemplate life and just feel his surroundings.

In his Instagram on November 21, the Kapuso star shared his thoughts about the three things that he observed during his isolation accompanied by a sentimental video.

"First, I witnessed how incredible the sunset was today. Seeing that perfectly round great ball of fire slowly fading into darkness made me wanna sit back, slow down and contemplate about life," said Miguel, whose hotel room has a view of the sunset.

Anything that he sees beyond the four corners of the room sets his mood, even the airport that can be seen from his window.

Miguel noted how traveling has changed since the pandemic started, asking pressing questions.

He went on, "Second, the airport view in front of my room. It's almost 2 years in the pandemic and it feels like we've been paralyzed. As someone who loves to gain knowledge from traveling and embracing other cultures wherever the country I'm in, I wonder when can we go back to the 'normal' that we're used to? When can we see the world and experience the thrill of life once again?"

Lastly, Miguel said the time he spent in quarantine itself also triggered his sadness. Luckily for him, he finds another family in his Voltes V: Legacy co-stars while in the taping bubble.
