Ruru Madrid to launch 'What RU Made Of' series in his vlog

Apart from his television engagements, Kapuso hunk actor Ruru Madrid is gearing up for yet another substantive content, this time on his YouTube channel with his upcoming “What RU Made Of” series.

“Personally ang aking YouTube nandiyan na rin right now, tuloy-tuloy naman po 'yung paggawa namin ng mga content and ila-launch din namin dito 'yung series ko na 'What RU Made Of.' Basically nakikipag-collab ako with other artists or other influencers or mga makakasama ko sa trabaho,” he said in a recent virtual interview.

His series would essentially give his viewers a laid back, raw conversation between him and his guests about their colorful journey through life. Moreover, Ruru said he wants to give inspiration by sharing different lesson-filled stories about the lives of various famous personalities.

“Dito po basically nagkukuwentuhan lang kami kung ano ba 'yung pinagdaanan namin sa buhay kahit gaano pa kahirap 'yung pagsubok na 'yun, kinailangan pa rin namin makabangon doon.”

Ruru revealed that his first guest on his series is Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla.

“This is the first time na napag-usapan namin 'yung mga struggles in life and nakita naman po nating lahat 'yun after Encantadia, lahat ng mga nangyaring problema sa life niya. But still kahit na umabot siya sa ganung punto na nagkakaroon ng ganung klaseng challenges, hindi niya hinahayaan 'yung sarili niya na ma-stuck doon. Kumbaga pinipilit niyang makabalik ulit sa top,” he said.

Another notable personality on his guest list is Philippines' first Olympic Gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz. His dream future collaborations also include internet superstars Alex Gonzaga, Mimiyuuuh, and Cong TV.

Ruru leads the newest ambitious action-adventure Kapuso series Lolong set to air very soon on GMA.
