The wife of Mark Herras, actress and former beauty queen Nicole Donesa, proudly shared on her Instagram account on Tuesday, June 28, that their son Mark Fernando now holds dual citizenship.

At one year old, Mark Fernando, whom the couple loves to call "Corky," already got his blue passport. It is referred to as the regular or tourist passport which is the most commonly issued US passport in order to travel abroad.

"Guess who got their Blue Passport? @corkynumber1. Thank you God, for making Corky's Dual Citizenship successful," Nicole said in her post alongside US and Philippine flag emojis indicating her child's Filipino-American citizenship.

In the same post, Nicole shared a photo of her with Mark and their child sleeping in a stroller while in front of the US Embassy building situated on Roxas Boulevard in Manila.

Nicole's son is eligible to transmit US citizenship despite being born outside the country since the Kapuso actress has the same citizenship at the time of her child's birth and has accrued sufficient physical presence in the US.

Nicole was born and raised in the US. She resided in the Philippines since her late teens to study college and to pursue pageantry.
