LOOK: Derrick Monasterio's fun weekend adventure with his fans at an amusement park

Sparkle actor Derrick Monasterio spent his post-birthday celebration with his beloved fans at the Enchanted Kingdom last Saturday, August 27.

As seen on Sparkle GMA Artist Center's Instagram post, Derrick definitely had a great time with his supporters as they got to try different thrilling rides and explored the amusement park.

“Some snaps from #ReturnToParadise star #DerrickMonasterio's fun adventure with his fans and post birthday celebration at Enchanted Kingdom last Saturday,” the caption reads.

The Kapuso hunk turned 27 years old on August 1. On his special day, he received a short yet sweet birthday message from his Return To Paradise co-star, Sparkle actress Elle Villanueva.

Prior to his special day, Derrick revealed his birthday wish during the online media conference of Return To Paradise in July.

“Ang birthday wish ko is for this show [Return To Paradise] to fly, na maka-relate ang mga tao rito, maging number one ito sa GMA Afternoon Prime. Gusto ko sana kapag sinabing GMA… this is quite ambitious pero it can happen. Kapag sinabing GMA Return To Paradise tapos lahat ng mga scenes sana maging viral,” he shared.

“And sana this is the start of a new era of teleserye na talagang maging game changer kami. That's my birthday wish.”

Derrick currently stars as Red Ramos in Return To Paradise, shown every Monday to Friday at 3:25 p.m. on GMA Afternoon Prime.
