Mikael Daez, excited for his third primetime project 'Adarna'

Hindi nawawalan ng TV project ang Kapuso actor na si Mikael Daez mula nang pumasok ito sa mundo ng showbiz. After being cast in two Telebabad shows Amaya and My Beloved, the Afternoon Prime drama Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga, and the morning series With A Smile, the Midnight Snack host will be back on primetime as one of Kylie Padilla's leading men in the telefantasya Adarna.
We caught up with Mikael during the show's photo shoot, and he excitedly shared about his new endeavor. "I'm happy, excited ako for this project. Maganda 'yung cast, kilala ko silang lahat, kaya exciting."
Dagdag pa niya. "Siyempre nakakatuwa pero hindi ko na masyadong iniisip kung saan siya nilalagay, kasi every project ay magandang opportunity naman kaya go lang ng go!"
Kakaiba rin ang magiging character ni Mikael sa Adarna kung saan kailangan niyang dumaan sa harness workshop. "This time very fantaserye 'yung character ko. Mayroon kaming mga movement workshops. Personally, inaantay ko pa 'yung script ko kasi I'm coming out on a much later time pa. I still don't know the flow of my character, kung paano siya papasok. Kapag nalaman ko 'yun, I'll definitely get ready for it."
It's also his first time to work with Kylie, who will be playing the lead role Ada. "First time ko siya makakatrabaho, ever. I'm excited. Ako naman, in almost every project na nagawa ko sa GMA, napakaganda ng nangyari. Napakadami kong friends na nakuha sa mga projects na 'yun. For this one, I expect the same. I know she's very passionate about her work and she really wants to develop herself as an actress so, game, let's do it. Ako same thing. I want to keep on growing and improving. Lagi kong sinasabi before every project I go into, 'yung goal ko lang naman is ipakita ko na nag-improve ako."
