Former Kapuso actress Michelle Madrigal has reached another milestone in her life as she started working as a realtor in Austin, Texas.

In an Instagram post, Michelle announced her new career as the “newest realtor in town.”

“As your realtor, it is my duty to ensure you're equipped with the information to help educate you to make fully informed decisions about your options in a real estate transaction,” she said in her post.

She added that she's now working for a boutique brokerage, a small, localized firm, which provides apartment locating, homes for lease, and sale to clients looking for a new home.

As a realtor, Michelle will be helping clients to look for the perfect house or apartment that they can rent or buy.

In a separate post, Michelle also announced that she will be having an open house on Sunday, October 23. An open house is an event where a host, usually a realtor, will be showing off the property and potential buyers can view it without a prior appointment.

Fans and netizens are quick to congratulate the actress on her new journey, wishing her luck and expressing their happiness for her new career.

This is one of the most recent milestones Michelle achieved while living in the US. Last February, she finally took her oath as a US citizen and was emotional after. She mentioned that she wanted to celebrate it with family, but her daughter, Anika, had to go to school so she'll have to wait until they both get home to share the news.

Not only that but after her divorce from ex-husband Troy Woolfolk, Michelle started going on casual dates and finally found a new love. She admits that while she did not plan to have someone new in her life, she was glad it still happened.
