Kyline Alcantara named as one of the Gen Z celebrity IT girls

It looks like bigger things are in store for Kyline Alcantara as the Kapuso star has recently been named a Gen Z celebrity It Girl by a fashion magazine.

On its website, fashion magazine Preview has come out with an article titled “Meet This Generation's New 'It Girl,'” with Kyline as one of them. The magazine described Kyline as the “next generation's premier kontrabida” and declared that she could be “one of those girls that we just absolutely love to hate.”

The magazine also took note of Kyline's humble beginnings, writing that she had been lining up for go-sees and auditions at a young age when “she could've been watching cartoons.” The magazine ended by saying that Kyline would be a “force to be reckoned with.”

Aside from Kyline, the other women named in the article include Angelina Cruz, Lorin Gutierrez, Claudia Barretto, Atasha Muhlach, and Juliana Gomez.

Being named the latest It Girl is just the latest positive development for Kyline. Back in September, Kyline celebrated the EDSA billboard recently set up for the MavLine On Me podcast. MavLine On Me is the podcast that she hosts alongside onscreen partner Mavy Legaspi.

The podcast itself went viral recently after Mavy's response to a question Kyline asked in episode two, “Written in the Stars,” had netizens calling his statements a “green flag." When someone is called a “green flag,” it means they will probably approach relationships in a healthy and mature way.
