Francis works as a court clerk who is responsible for maintaining records of a court and administering oaths to witnesses, jurors, and grand jurors.
Valerie met Francis through one of her friends who is cousins with Francis. While he was on vacation in the Philippines, Valerie was invited by her friend to have dinner with them and that night sparked their relationship.
Francis is in his late 30s.
Like Valerie, Francis also has a young daughter in her tweens.

One of the things they love to do is travel.
