Actress Winwyn Marquez took to social media to share the lessons she has learned about parenting. Read it HERE:
Winwyn Marquez reflected on her parenting journey as a first-time mom to her nine-month-old daughter, Luna Teresita Rayn.
The actress posted photos with her adorable baby girl on Instagram and shared the lessons she has learned as a new parent.
She wrote, “9 months and 20 days postpartum.. Taking care of Luna 24 hours a day, I've learned to make compromises and to be okay with those sacrifices. I've also fully accepted that there will be good and bad days.”
The former beauty queen also reiterated that being a mother is “a full-time job, and there are no days off.”
She went on, “I am just fortunate that there are people who are by my side, helping whenever they can, and a partner who provides and is always present.
“But one thing is certain: whether you have help or not, parenting is difficult but rewarding.” Winwyn added that witnessing her daughter's milestones in life makes everything worth it.
Before ending her post, she expressed her gratitude to Baby Luna saying, “Thank you, Luna, for being such a happy baby and making it a little easier for mama. Please keep on smiling my baby.. I love you forever.”
Last February 14, Winwyn marked Luna's first Valentine's Day celebration and the celebrity mom shared a black-and-white photo of herself while carrying her daughter in her arms.
Winwyn and her non-showbiz fiance welcomed Luna Teresita in April 2022.
