We’ve seen her transform from a cute teenager to a beautiful and talented woman.
Throughout the course of her showbiz career, Heart Evangelista has become one of today’s most sought after actresses on film and television.
As she turns a year older, we wish her all the love and happiness in the world.
She started out in teen-oriented shows, where she captivated viewers with her charm. Then she showed the world what she has got by starring in numerous teleseryes and releasing her own album.
As a Kapuso leading lady, she starred in GMA Telebabad series like Codename: Asero, Luna Mystika, Full House, Dwarfina and Legacy. She also starred in GMA Afternoon Prime teleseryes like Forever and Magkano Ba Ang Pag-ibig.
Besides being one of the industry’s brightest stars, Heart Evangelista is also an award-winning actress. She was named Best Actress in the 57th FAMAS awards for her performance in the film, Ay, Ayeng. She also won Best Supporting Actress in the 2009 Metro Manila Film Festival for her performance in Mano Po 6: A Mother’s Love.
Right now, Heart is also exploring her potential as a host. She currently hosts showbiz-oriented show, Startalk, variety show Sunday All Stars and lifestyle show Weddings TV.
Outside of showbiz, Heart is a philanthropist. Her “Heart Can” Foundation aims to help children with respiratory diseases. She is also an advocate of animal rights and is a spokesperson for the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
When it comes to her personal life, Heart couldn’t be any happier. She considers the gift of love to be the best thing that has ever happened to her. Her relationship with Senator Chiz Escudero keeps on getting stronger as well.
Today, February 14, is unlike any other day for Heart.
First off, her teleserye, Magkano Ba Ang Pag-ibig?, is ending today.
Second, it is Valentine’s Day, and third, it is her birthday. To celebrate the success of her show, her love life and her birthday, Heart will be going out of the country with Senator Chiz and a couple of friends.
