After putting up their own live-selling mall, Lovely Abella and her husband, Benj Manalo, are ready to get into a new business venture and this time, they're going open their own private resort

Lovely posted photos of their new property, a house with a pool near the beach in Pampanga, which they will turn into Casa Manalo Resort. They also plan to rent out the property in the future.

She then revealed how they came up with the idea of getting a property and turning it into a resort, “Matagal ng pangarap ng asawa ko @benj na magkaroon ng bahay sa tabing dagat pa ang gusto niya, pero dahil naiba ang priority namin, nakalimutan na namin lahat ng 'yun.”

“Hanggang sa isang araw tinamaan ng anxiety ang asawa ko at nag-aya siya mag outing, doon namin narealize na ang sarap magpahinga sa malayo, sarap magpahinga sa tahimik na lugar, sa lugar na tabi ng maraming puno at bigla namin to pinuntahan sa Mexico, Pampanga,” she added.

Lovely said that they fell in love with the resort they rented out and dreamed of owning it one someday. She added that they talked to the owner several times and prayed that they would sell the property to them.

“Araw-araw namin siyang kinakausap kung ibibigay ba niya sa amin 'to, dahil hindi lang namin nagustuhan ang lugar pati ang mga owner napakabait at ngayon, boom, meron at magkakaroon na ng CASA MANALO RESORT,” she added.

Aside from fulfilling a dream, the actress is happy that they will be able to provide jobs to some people in the area. She wrote a message to her husband saying that they will not get tired of working “para sa future ng pamilya natin at sa future ng mga nakapaligid sa atin, at sa mga taong kailangan tayo, dahil 'yun ang purpose natin sa mundo.”

She then left a message to the reader to end her post, “Ikaw na nagbabasa nito, alam ko madami kang pangarap, madami kang plano sa buhay, pero hindi puwede na ipagdasal mo lang at si Lord na ang bahala, kasi kailangan sabayan ng sipag, tiyaga at diskarte sa buhay.”

“Di man agad binibgay pero tulad ng lagi kung sinasabi sa inyo may kanya kanyang plano sa atin si LORD magtiwala ka lang,” she added.

In December, Lovely and Benj opened the first-ever live-selling mall in the Philippines, a place where live sellers can sell their merchandise online, using the equipment provided by the mall.

She also started her company, Seven Long Table Marketing, in March last year, a company that distributes different kinds of cosmetics and food products online.
