TRUE. ❌ I try my best to workout 4-5 times a week, 6 if I really have the time. I always try to balance my diet with the right amount of carbs, fat and protein and of course sugarrrrrrr I work on my health because I want to prepare myself for the work and the challenges God has in store for me.”
