Sunday is a day of recuperation for Bea Alonzo.
Bea Alonzo highlighted the importance of allotting a day in a week for rest and spending time with loved ones in a recent Instagram post.
In her latest post, the Kapuso actress shared snippets of her recent date night with her boyfriend Dominic Roque.
Bea said they always make sure to go out on dates once a week, usually on Sundays.
“I look forward to that one day every week before I restart on Monday,” she noted.
Bea also briefly shared how her Sundays usually go, which starts with her waking up late to recover from her busy schedule during the week.
She then goes to church in the afternoon and then spends some time with her friends or family, before having dinner after.
Bea also emphasized how having something to look forward to is “healthy” and “keeps the balance.”
“I think it is healthy to have something to look forward to, whether future travels or as simple as getting excited to see your dogs and watch your favorite series after a long day's work. It keeps the balance,” she continued.
In a vlog last November, Bea also reminded her fans and followers why it's important to take rest days every now and then.
“It's nice to be busy, it's nice to be productive, it's nice to do what you love to do, but also kailangan mo rin talaga ng time to pause and breathe,” the actress said in the previous video.
