Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian declares heartfelt promise to girlfriend Bianca Manalo.
Senator Sherwin Gatchalian assured his girlfriend, former beauty queen and actress Bianca Manalo, that he would always stay by her despite the controversy she's currently facing.
Sherwin made his statement on Instagram after a series of screenshots showing alleged conversations between Bianca and her Magandang Dilag co-actor Rob Gomez surfaced.
“To @biancamanalo, my 2023 Christmas gift to you - I will always be by your side,” he captioned his Christmas day post.
In a separate post, Sherwin stated that he and Bianca share the same values and principles in life, reiterating that “No fake news will divide [them].”
In his most recent post, the senator even gave a toast to “bashers, bitters, negas at mariteses” while having a drink and a bowl of chicharon. For her part, Bianca seems to have agreed with Sherwin's sentiments as she responded with a rolling on-the-floor laughing emoji.

In an Instagram post on December 22, Bianca clarified the issue involving her and Rob. She was upset that their conversations “were exposed without [her] consent” which was not only a breach of privacy for her but also resulted in online bashing.
“It is obvious that parts of our conversation were deleted to create malicious insinuations," she wrote.
The actress also expressed how hurt she was about the unfounded accusations and her desire to enjoy the holidays in peace.
“To be honest, this unfounded accusation is hurting me and my loved ones. Let this controversy end so I can enjoy the rest of my time in Japan with my family,” she said.
