Former beauty queen and Unang Hirit host Miriam Quimbao marked an important milestone with husband Ardy Roberto today, March 26, as they celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary.
Miriam Quiambao gives birth to baby boy
Many netizens couldn't help but notice the Instagram post of the Miss Universe 1999 first runner-up where she looked back at her previous marriage to Italian Claudio Rondinelli.
Miriam and Claudio married in 2004 in a sunset beach wedding in Boracay, but their marriage was annulled six years later.
The beauty queen posted, “Wow. That's about 150% longer than my first marriage. That's progress for me! ”
She went on to thank her current husband whom she described as the 'best partner' and 'lover' she could ever have.
"And I'm grateful to God for you @ardyroberto ! Thank you for being the best husband, partner, best-friend, lover etc I could ever have. Thanks for asking me to marry you.
"I love and respect you more today than I did when I first married you and I'm looking forward to the next five, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 years (God-willing) and beyond with you! I love you!"
Meanwhile, Ardy posted on Instagram a sweet message to his beautiful wife.
“Finally alone with my Amazing wifey. Grateful to God that we can celebrate our anniversary in one of our favorite hotel buffets. Happy anniversary my love!! It's just you and me now...for a few hours hehe.”
Last month, Miriam gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Elijah in an emergency cesarean procedure.
