Heart Evangelista penned a simple yet heartfelt message for her husband, Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero, as they marked their fifth wedding anniversary yesterday, February 15.
On Instagram, the Kapuso actress shared a photo of herself with Chiz taken during their grand wedding at Balesin Island Club in Polilio, Quezon.
In the caption, Heart wrote, "Five years down, forever to go, my love! Happy Anniversary--thank you for making me the happiest woman in the world. @escuderochiz."
