In connection to this, a netizen curiously asked Heart if her husband, Sorsogon Governor Francis 'Chiz' Escudero, approves of her topless photo.

Heart replied, “He told me to post it [heart emoji] he said I should be proud [heart emoji].”

One of them was social media star Mimiyuuuh, who has the funniest take on the Kapuso actress hot IG photo.
