Lovi Poe admits LDR with BF Montgomery Blencowe is 'tough'

Kapuso actress Lovi Poe admits that it's hard being in a long-distance relationship with her U.S.-based boyfriend Montgomery Blencowe.

What makes it more challenging are the restrictions on travel and physical contact brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite being miles apart, Lovi and Monty kept their romance aflame with proper communication and trust.

“It's tough but at the same time…for us kasi 'yung distance makes it even more…mas lalong nakaka-miss 'di ba?

“He makes extra effort to make me feel special even we're far away from each other,” she said.

In one of her recent social media posts, Lovi shared that once allowed, she would pack her things and fly to the US, “When things are safer, that's hopefully what we can do.”

Meanwhile, the singer-actress spends her quarantine period at home with her pet dog Señor. She keeps herself busy with working out and watching Korean dramas.

“Minsan dyina-judge niya [Señor] 'yung reactions ko kasi sumisigaw ako [kapag] kinikilig ako or dalang-dala ako.

“Hindi rin siya sanay na lagi akong nasa bahay, 'yung time na nangyari sa atin ngayon laking tulong na rin para sa mga kasama mong fur-babies,” she added.
