International theater actress Rachelle Anne Go shared her quarantine life in London with her husband Martin Spies amid the COVID-19 pandemic on Wednesday, July 1.

She surely took the opportunity to be a loving wife to Martin as she tried to manage their household.

“Kakalipat lang namin. My husband got the keys around December tapos nu'ng pagbalik ko dito nu'ng February, ready na 'yung bahay.

“Ngayon lang talaga ko nagkaroon ng normal time with the husband. Nagluluto, dinner together, first time namin. Parang ngayon lang kami kinasal talaga. I am very grateful for this time,” she said.

In an interview with Unang Hirit, Rachelle also related that she also turned her attention to home decorating during the quarantine period.

The pictures of her cozy home were posted on her social media account. It was designed as a warm country style house.

“Actually halu-halo 'yung gusto ko but gusto lang naming very chill. We love hosting people, families and friends. Ang aming tema ay warm country house, rustic,” she added.

Meanwhile, due to the pandemic, her work on stage has also been put on hold.

“I got here [London] around February tapos diretso na ako rehearsal for 'Les Miserables.'

"I only had three days of rehearsals tapos diretso na ako. We opened on March 2, after two weeks nagsarado na 'yung show.

“It's just sad that this pandemic happened and we have to close the show. Hindi lang 'yung 'Les Miserables' lahat ng show sa West End and even 'yung Broadway. It's really sad for a lot of people,” she said.

Rachelle and Martin tied the knot in a beautiful sunset ceremony in Boracay on April 18, 2018. They met Martin through a common friend in February 2017.
