Joyce Pring touched by Juancho Trivino's surprise date

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many of us to change the way we live and think in order to protect ourselves from the highly contagious disease.

Although we are nowhere near finding a solution to this virus, we have managed to adapt to the new normal brought about by this health crisis.

For one, couples have to be creative on how they spend time together.

Kapuso host Joyce Pring shared on Instagram some highlights of the surprise date organized by her husband Juancho Trivino on an empty parking lot.

Joyce wrote, “A few weeks ago my hubby @juanchotrivino whisked me from our home to a surprise drive / date out. Akala ko pupunta lang kami kung saan kaya naka-pambahay pa ako, ayun pala may balak na sweet date.

“He bought us take out food and parked in a random empty parking lot, where we had dinner in the back of our car and looked at the stars.”

She also added that during these trying times, Joyce hopes that couples are looking for unique ways to date despite the pandemic.

“Wish y'all are also looking for new ways to date your spouse in this new normal, no matter how simple. Thank you babaaa.”

Joyce Pring and Juancho Trivino met on the set of the longest-running morning show Unang Hirit, On February 2020, they exchanged 'I Do's' at the Sofitel Manila.
