Mikael Daez and Megan Young share various tips on how to stay fit during quarantine

In the latest episode of Mikael Daez and Megan Young's podcast, '#BehindRelationshipGoals,' the celebrity couple talked about the ways they stay healthy and fit during the quarantine period.

According to Mikael and Megan, they know all too well how easy it is to lose your motivation to workout during these uncertain times. Still, they emphasize the importance of maintaining a physically healthy body as it is one of the things we can do to boost our immune system that fights off any virus that comes our way.

When it comes to getting started on your fitness journey, they're main piece of advice is to just do it; no excuses, no explanations, just get up and go.

As for Mikael, one workout tip he found real handy is to follow a routine that's done in short, quick bursts. He participated in a 21-day push up challenge he found online that takes about 15 minutes to do and because of how fast it takes to finish, Mikael was really able to stay committed to accomplish his fitness goals.

Meanwhile, Megan shared that she was much more accustomed to having a trainer tell her what she needs to do. However, with the quarantine rules in place, she'd much rather stay at home than risk her safety by going to the gym.

To answer her dilemma, Megan relied on a paid fitness app that fixes a daily workout routine for her depending on what areas she wants to improve upon. According to her, all she had to do was follow a program designed by the app for her and it helped her tremendously as it relieved her of having to think what workout she'll do for the day.
