Melissa Gohing prepared a sweet surprise for Rocco Nacino on his 34th birthday.
Athlete Melissa Gohing made sure her husband Rocco Nacino felt loved during his birthday by surprising him with a video.
"Happy birthday my husband! I can't wait to celebrate the rest of your birthdays as husband and wife. I love you. ❤ @nacinorocco. Watch his reaction at the end of the video. 3/21/2021," she wrote on its caption.
The video showed highlights from their wedding day held with a military ceremony in a naval warship earlier this year on January 21, 2021.
Rocco celebrated his 34th birthday on March 21, 2021.
The Kapuso actor also shared photos from the surprise yacht birthday party that Melissa prepared for him ahead of his birthday.
He wrote on Instagram, "My 34th!! Throwback to March 6 when my wife surprised me even though I said no gifts🤣 No wonder she had me take a swab test, and my family secretly, to arrange an early dinner around Manila Bay to enjoy the fresh air on a yacht.
"Felt so good to be out at sea with our family for my birthday month.
"Another first with you mi amor! Thank you my love @gohingmelissa for making my birthday special despite everything that's happening right now, and to my family and the Gohings for making time for us that day. I love you so much! More photos coming soon!♥️"
Rocco and Melissa have been dating since September 2017 and got engaged in November 2020.
As newly-weds, Rocco and Melissa are both delighted to see each other every day when they wake up.
Melissa told Sarap, 'Di ba? in a recent interview, "It's different kasi every day makikita mo siya. 'Pag gising mo siya 'yung makikita mo.”
Likewise, Rocco said, “We finally saw how each other sleeps. Magkasama kami mag-CR, magkasama kami maligo, mga ganun na.
"Ganun ang buhay mag-asawa and it's so much fun kasi every day is always another opportunity for us to learn more about each other.”
The former Descendants of the Sun actor also mentioned that he now has more reasons to come home after a long day at work.
He said, "Excited ako umuwi ngayon and spend time here.
"Usually kasi gusto ko nasa labas ako e. Ngayon, I always look forward to going home and going home to my wife."
Rocco also revealed their baby plans and how Melissa's volleyball career is a factor in starting their own family.
"Ako 'yung gusto na magka-baby agad, si Mel 'yung gusto pang magtrabaho.
"Ang sa akin naman, ayaw ko lang na may regrets.
"Alam mo 'yun, 'Sayang naman, hindi ako nakapag-Volleyball.' I want to give her that also.
"Kapag talagang sawa na siya sa Volleyball and she feels na sapat na 'yung nabigay niya to the sport, 'yun doon na kami magbabalak na magka-baby," he said in an interview with Sarap, 'Di Ba? recently.
