Camille Prats shares appreciation post for husband VJ Yambao
Ibinahagi ni Mars Pa More host Camille Prats sa Instagram ang sikreto ng magandang pagsasama nila ng kanyang asawang si VJ Yambao at kung paano nila pinananatili ito.
Para maging productive at healthy kahit na may pandemya, ginagawang bonding nina Camille at VJ ang pag-eehersisyo.
"Since the pandemic happened, one of the things we enjoyed and still enjoy doing together so that we could be productive while being locked up at home is working out (na hindi rin namin inakalang magugustuhan namin, we get to challenge and motivate each other, spot our forms and push each other to finish strong," pagbabahagi ni Camille.
"I'm so happy I get to journey with you in attaining and improving our physical health lovey! At hindi lang 'yun ang benefits, I noticed how it has also improved our relationship as husband and wife, how we relate and talk to each other. May pa post workout evaluation pa kami. We talk about which parts ache more, how we enjoyed a specific workout and so on," dagdag pa nito.
Isa pa sa sikreto ng magandang pagsasama nilang mag-asawa ay ang paglalaan ng oras sa isa't isa.
"Finding something to do together has helped us communicate better, 'pag madalas na kayong magkasama, you run out of things to talk about, everything becomes a routine, find something you can share with your partner that you are both passionate about," ani Camille.
"It helps to keep conversations flowing, you start by talking about common interests and then eventually talk about each other and how you can improve as partners. Ito 'yung part na hindi madaling pag-usapan since we found our common ground, it leads to opening more doors of topics that goes beyond working out into relationship talks na minsan ang hirap i-open up sa isa't isa," pagpapatuloy ng 'Mars' host.
