In an Instagram post, Chelsea shared a video of their sweet moments, hoping for more exciting memories with Benjamin.
"To my love, bestfriend, and sweetest fur daddy! I love you... your smile, your jokes, and your thoughts. I appreciate all the little and big things you do," she shared.
Chelsea continued, "I hope you always smile like this. I'm excited for the memories we will make and special moments we will share. Happy Valentine's Day."
In the comments section, the Kapuso actor simply replied, "Love you baby."
