Kapuso actress Glaiza De Castro just crossed another goal off her bucket list!

Glaiza finally fulfilled her dream of visiting the land of cakes together with her husband David Rainey.

On Instagram, the Sparkle prime artist posted a series of snaps of herself from her visit to the Scottish Highlands.

In her post, Glaiza mentioned how reading the story and watching the film “Trainspotting” made her want to visit the said country.

“I've always been fascinated to visit Scotland probably because of Trainspotting (the book and film, binabasa ko pa dati out loud with accent)” she wrote.

The Seed of Love star also expressed her astonishment over Scotland's beautiful castles and scenic mountains.

“But since we visited the highlands first, it totally changed my view, and appreciated it more. The mountains, lochs, castles, [and] forests made me want to do more outdoor adventure. There's something so dramatic and mystical about the nature here. Nasanay ako na city madalas yung binibisita kaya pang syudad tuloy yung ootd ko,” she added.

Meanwhile, Glaiza also shared some of her sweet moments with her partner, David, while they were riding a ferry going to Scotland.

“Started our journey on a ferry to Scotland, it's actually my first time riding a ferry like this so we had a bit of fun playing videogames, had a look at the shops, had breakfast at a cafe and of course chilled (literally) at the viewing deck and tried to recreate a scene from Titanic. Hindi nga lang na achieve,” she captioned in her post.

In October 2021, Glaiza and David had their first wedding in an intimate traditional Irish wedding in Northern Ireland. They tied the knot for the second time on January 23, 2023, in Zambales.
