After surviving his battle with COVID-19, singer and composer Garvy Valenciano is taking some time off with his family to celebrate his birthday in Los Angeles, California, USA.
In a series of posts on his Instagram, Gary showed snippets of his LA trip which included a visit to his brother who is based in the city as well as a hike with his daughter Kiana.
He reflected on the meaningfulness behind his trip and wrote in a post, "Somehow I think it's time that we make the most of whatever time we have left on this planet. If we have loved ones that are still here…reach out to them, spend time with them, speak with them, love them."
He also had a message for the Philippines as it goes under another lockdown, "I feel for you Philippines. My heart goes out to all of you who are in the middle of yet another lockdown.
"May the good Lord keep you and shelter you from whatever variant is out there. God bless you all…God bless us all."
Gary Valenciano flew to Los Angeles, California in the US to visit his family.
In his social media, Gary shared that he is celebrating his birthday and anniversary with his family in LA.

Gary wrote in a caption for his photo with Robby how happy he is to reunite with his brother, "This is my brother Robby and his lovely wife Jonni. Very rarely do you ever see me post pictures of him. He is the perfect example of what a big brother truly is."
