Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel made the most of her trip to the Philippines when she recently visited Bohol.
The Filipino-American beauty queen arrived in the Philippines almost a week ago and has been learning about her roots and the Filipino culture during her stay. She even had a guest appearance on TiktoClock where she revealed that she would be doing some hosting and modeling, among other projects, while in the country.
Even during her stay in Bohol, she combined work and play when she judged a local pageant, before enjoying the pristine beaches. Take a look at what R'Bonney has been doing in Bohol in this gallery:
R'Bonney's first night in Bohol may be work when she judged the local pageant, but it was still "a fun first night" for the beauty queen.
R'Bonney showed her beauty and grace to the people of Tagbilaran, rocking a sparkly dress that only made her shine more during the night.
The beauty queen showed off her Filipina Beauty as she explored Bohol, and tried out the local calamay.
R'Bonney knows how to get the perfect snap, making sure to catch the golden hour, which gives the best natural lighting to photos.
R'Bonney seemed to enjoy the beach the most. In a reel she posted, she's seen sitting on a boat, before taking the camera and dancing in the water. She captioned her post, "Do I really need to leave?? #ilovebohol"
As one of the most popular tourist destinations, R'Bonney did not miss the Chocolate Hills.
R'Bonney also tried out weaving, one of Bohol's main sources of living and income.
R'Bonney fully immersed herself in the Bohol Culture as she met and even danced with the local indigenous group, the Esakaya People.
Aside from calamay, R'Bonney got to try out weaving and saw some of the local products produced by the people of Bohol.
According to R'Bonney, she may have only visited Bohol for 48 hours, but she's already looking forward to visiting again. She then thanked Mayor Jane Yap and the people of Bohol "for sharing your beautiful history, landscape, food, arts, and culture with me."
