Aga Muhlach on marrying Charlene Gonzalez: 'The best decision I ever did in my life'

After more than two decades of being married, Aga Muhlach remains madly in love with his wife, beauty queen-actress Charlene Gonzalez.
At the press conference of his movie 'Ikaw Pa Rin ang Pipiliin Ko,' GMANetwork.com asked Aga what are his reasons for choosing Charlene to be his other half.
“Hindi ko kaya na wala ang asawa ko sa akin,” he quickly replied.
The award-winning actor continued, “It's really a decision I made 22, 23 years ago. And that decision is the best decision I ever did in my life. Up to now, no ano to ha… We're always together. I really wake up and I'm like, 'Thank you, Lord.' Thank you talaga because my wife is so selfless, my wife is so serving.
“You know, ang daming nagbago sa buhay ko because of her. Parang mayroon akong tigas ng ulo rin, may buhay ako na binubuhay noon. But then, that came with a lot talaga. It's like a total surrender to my wife. I'm just the happiest that I did that.”
Aga also mentioned how his wife, as well as their twins Andres and Atasha, gave him comfort whenever he's feeling down.
He said, “When we are going a lot of things in life… I think the lockdown taught us that also, parang huwag na tayong tumingin sa malayo. Kasama na natin yung mga mahal natin sa buhay. Napakasuwerte na natin nun sa buhay.”
