Vlogger-actress Alex Gonzaga has finally confirmed the speculation about her pregnancy in her latest Instagram post.
Fans were delighted after Alex shared a heartfelt reel documenting her pregnancy journey.
The video first showed Alex and her husband, Mikee Morada, reflecting on the struggles they faced following three miscarriages. Despite the heartbreak, the couple remained hopeful and continued dreaming of having a child of their own.
As the reel progressed, a sonogram revealed the joyful news. Emotions were further heightened when Alex proudly showed off her baby bump alongside Mikee.
"After almost 6 years of marriage and 3 heartbreaking losses, we never lost faith and continued to surrender everything to the Lord. While preparing for IVF, the Lord Jesus blessed us with a natural pregnancy," the actress wrote.
The couple also expressed gratitude for the support and prayers they received throughout their journey.
"We want to thank everyone who prayed with us, hoped with us, and supported us through this journey to becoming parents. By God's grace, our prayers have been answered, and we are finally going to be mommy and daddy," she said.
"The Lord Jesus truly answers prayers. Please continue praying with us for a safe and healthy pregnancy until our baby arrives."
Speculations about Alex's pregnancy first surfaced after her cryptic Instagram post on Easter Sunday, April 5.
In the caption, netizens noticed she initially wrote, “Thank you, Jesus, for this little life we have. Thank you for Your grace, trials, favor, and blessings. You have risen!!!!” before later editing the post.
Alex and Mikee have openly shared the challenges they faced in trying to build their family, particularly after Alex suffered her third miscarriage in December 2024. The couple has been married since 2021.
