BINI Gwen calls for privacy after fans knocked on their hotel door for pictures

BINI member Gwen Apuli expressed disappointment about the worsening cases of fans invading celebrities' privacy.
This was after Blooms, collective name for BINI fans, apparently knocked on the door of the group's hotel room in the wee hours of the morning to ask for pictures after their concert in Edmonton, Canada.
On X (former Twitter), Gwen posted, “Nakakalungkot, palala na ng palala. I really hope everyone respect people's privacy'Yung personal time we're trying to adjust eh kase wala ganon na talaga, pero kahit privacy na lang.”
The BINI member clarified that they appreciate the love and support they are receiving from Blooms and how they always try to grant their fans the chance to have a picture with the group.
“But pleasee… not to the point you'll go knock [on] our rooms just for a pictureThank you,” Gwen ended her post.
I really hope everyone respect people's privacy🙏🏻 yung personal time we're trying to adjust eh kase wala ganon na talaga, pero kahit privacy na lang, we appreciate your love and support and we always try na mapagbigyan kayo sa pagpapicture but pleasee… not to the point you'll go…

Gwen's co-member, BINI Aiah Arceta, replied to the post and stressed how important is their personal time.
She wrote, "We genuinely care for and appreciate everyone who support us. However, at the end of the day, tao lang din kami and need din namin ng personal time and space para makapag recharge. Recharged bini girlies = renewed energy and positive spirit that can radiate to everyone else."
The BINI member then thanked the Blooms who are very respectful with their space and asked nicely for a photo.

Broadway actress Leah Salonga also called out the fans, saying how the entitlement and disrespect some of them are showing “is just too much!”
“The ladies of Bini are human beings!” she wrote in an Instagram story, sharing Gwen's earlier posts from X.

In July 2023, Lea was the subject of a viral video wherein she was seen asking fans to leave her dressing room. In the video, a couple of fans can be seen gathered by the door of her dressing room, asking if they can take pictures with her.
Leah then politely asked them to leave, “Unless you are on the guest list, we cannot have you back here. So, you have to go to the door. I'm sorry because if I allow this now, then other people are gonna take advantage of this.”
The Broadway actress then posted a reminder to fans that she still has her boundaries and asked them not to cross them.
