On May 30, the country's biggest stars and fitness influencers will join running enthusiasts in the highly anticipated Sparkle Run 2026!

The inaugural Sparkle Run is a collaboration between GMA Network, spearheaded by Sparkle GMA Artist Center, and race organizer RUNRIO, together with the Department of Tourism and Culture and Arts of Manila as venue partner.
Last February 5, GMA Network and the Sparkle team held a star-studded contract signing at the Bulwagan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with Kapuso executives gracing the momentous event.
In an interview with GMA News, GMA Network Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide, and Support Group; and President of GMA Films Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes emphasized that Sparkle Run 2026 is not only a race event, but also an initiative by the Kapuso network to promote the importance of healthy living among Kapuso fans.
Atty. Annette stated, “Gusto natin i-promote rin ang health and wellness dito sa Sparkle. At marami talaga tayong artists and influencers na into fitness. Ayan na nga si Alden [Richards], sila Barbie [Forteza], sila Aira, sila Kristoffer [Martin]. So, excited sila and excited kami to show sa mga tao na we have to take care of our health and I'm very happy na ka-partner natin dito ang City of Manila.”
