Chesca Kramer shares progress of her fitness journey

Celebrity mom Chesca Kramer recently started her fitness journey.
She is proud to say that working out is now part of her routine.
In a lengthy post on Instagram, Chesca shared an update on her progress.
"She‑Hulk! The journey to fitness has been a roller coaster, but once it becomes part of your routine, you've got everything to gain. I don't know what took me so long!" she wrote on the caption of her post.
"What's worked for me is the combination of Pilates and weights — the perfect duo," she added.
She further explained that Pilates has helped improve her flexibility, core stability, balance, and control, while weightlifting has increased her strength and endurance.
"After two and a half months of training consistently five times a week, I'm finally seeing the results: losing weight, building muscle, better balance, less dizziness, and no more sudden wobble in my body. I feel strong and happy — and I'm loving cute workout outfits that make me excited for training days!," she shared.
Chesca also credited her husband, former basketball player Doug Kramer, for encouraging her to begin her fitness journey.
"Thanks to my makulit husband who never got tired annoying me and bugging me to workout! You're my ultimate and favorite influencer @dougkramer! Legit! ," she said.
