Chie Filomeno claps back at Dawn Chang over blind item

Chie Filomeno has responded to Dawn Chang's interview about a past conflict with a fellow celebrity that seemingly alluded to her.
Chie boldly called out Dawn's name in her social media post after the latter shared a blind item in a recent podcast interview.
In the said interview, Dawn shared some details about having a conflict with a co-celebrity and recalled an incident where someone with the initials CF allegedly stole her position during a rehearsal.
While she did not mention a specific name, a lot of netizens believed that she was referring to Chie Filomeno.
Dawn said, "Etong si girl, nagre-rehearse kami ng dance, inagawan ba naman ako ng position steps tapos inaway ako. Nagpa-interview pa ako daw nang-away."
Following that, Chie took to X (formerly Twitter) to respond to Dawn's statement.
She responded by retweeting a screenshot from Dawn's interview and directly tagged the latter.
Chie wrote, "Oh, bakit nahiya ka pa pangalanan ako @thedawnchang? About the rehearsal, that never happened. At alam ng prod sa [It's] Showtime 'yun, actually 'yung staff sa [It's Showtime] nagsabi sa akin about this kanina at nagulat din sila.”
“Your mouth is full of lies talaga no? Sige nga bakit ko muna hinila 'yung buhok? Balik ko sa'yo sinabi mo. Pinagtanggol ko lang sarili ko ah,” she added.

In a follow-up post on X, Chie said that Dawn should move on since it's 2025.
"Naka move on na lahat. Tahimik na buhay ko, andoon pa din si ate mo Dawn. 2025 na, tumigil ka na kung hindi mo kaya mag name drop. Last ko na to," she said.
