Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado's rest house in the mountains is made of shipping containers

It has been Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado's dream to build a house made of shipping containers as they're fond of watching tiny house constructions on the internet.
Lo and behold, they made this happen and the result is something they all have wished for, especially now that their family is growing.
The Kapuso couple built a rest house in the mountainous area of Tanay, Rizal which they love to call their "mountain hideaway."
Like the other home builders, they encountered challenges while putting a container home together, particularly the transportation of materials to the highlands.
Nonetheless, they've managed to successfully build a beautiful home--their new go-to place
whenever they want to take a respite from the bustling city without travelling far away from Manila.
Although it's made of shipping containers, Dennis and Jennylyn made sure it has proper insulation, making it comfortable for anyone who uses the house.
