Eman Bacosa Pacquiao officially joins Sparkle GMA Artist Center

Sparkle GMA has officially welcomed a new face to its stellar roster in Eman Bacosa Pacquiao, who marked a pivot in his career from boxing arenas to the world of entertainment upon signing his contract on Wednesday, November 19.
Top GMA executives, including Executive Vice President and CFO Felipe S. Yalong, GMA Network Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle GMA Artist Center First Vice President Joy Marcelo, Sparkle GMA Artist Center Talent Imaging and Marketing Assistant Vice President Jenny Donato, attended the ceremony and welcomed the new Sparkle talent.
Eman's mother, Joanna Bacosa Dino, was also present to witness her son's new career milestone.
Prior to the contract signing, GMA's top executives personally welcomed the rising boxing champ.
“His priority is boxing, pero ang priority talaga ni Eman sa nakita ko sa kanya is God; and he uses boxing to glorify God,” Annette said. She also expressed how happy she was that Eman was now part of the GMA family. “As an influencer, may tinatawag silang 'God-fluencer', and I think isa siya sa magiging isang malakas na 'God-fluencer' hindi lang sa bansa natin , pero worldwide,” she added.
Felipe S. Yalong expressed his excitement over Eman joining Sparkle's roster of talents, making him the management's future 'homegrown' action star.
“I think he is a natural action star in the making. So, I think given the training and the guidance of Sparkle; the dream of ours na magkaroon ng homegrown action star will happen,” he said.
Expressing deep gratitude, Eman thanked Sparkle and everyone for the opportunity to join their pool of talents and for their trust in him.
“I just wanna thank everyone for welcoming me. Gusto ko lang din magpasalamat sa Panginoong Diyos for his plan, 'di ko talaga ito plinano. Actually, gusto ko lang talaga manalo, tapos 'yun I'm so blessed po na nakarating ako rito ngayon. Thank you everyone!” Eman said.
Eman Bacosa Pacquiao is the son of Filipino Boxing Legend Manny Pacquiao and Joanna Rose Bacosa.
Recently, he joined "Thrilla in Manila 2" on October 29, an event commemorating the historic "Thrilla in Manila," which was also held at the Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.
He showcased his boxing prowess and determination and won the match against Nico Salado via unanimous decision.
Following his match, netizens started to notice not just Eman's boxing skills and charm, but also his backstory before entering the boxing industry.
Eman has made several appearances in different Kapuso shows, including Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, where he opened up about his life story and had a one-on-one interview, and an episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, where he met Piolo Pascual, whom netizens claim as his 'look-alike.'
