After finishing as 3rd runner-up placement in the recently concluded Miss Universe 2025 competition, Ahtisa Manalo finally capped off her pageant journey that makes her one of the most iconic Filipina queens in the Philippine pageant scene.
Reflecting on her decades-long dedication, Ahtisa shared a video on Instagram, captioned: “Capping off my pageant journey with a quick look-back from where it all began.”
She shared during the question-and-answer segment of the Miss Universe competition that she was already competing in pageants at age 10 to provide her tuition and from that, she ended her journey in the international stage proudly representing the Philippines.
Ahtisa also thanked the nation, writing, “It was an honor representing you, PHILIPPINES!”
In another Instagram post, Ahtisa sentimentally shared a heartfelt farewell to her pageant journey as she lived out her dream to represent the Philippines in the Miss Universe competition.
“After 18 years, I have finally arrived at my ultimate destination, that is to represent the Philippines in the Miss Universe stage.” Ahtisa wrote. “My pageant journey may end, but the work continues,” she added.
She ended her caption with a strong call for everyone to continue fighting for a better Philippines and for a better universe.
